Dear friends and customers,
a very intense year is coming to a close, and I would like to thank you for your support and your loyalty. Our team has tried to bring your favorite american snacks, beverages, and groceries to Germany. However there are an increasing amount of hurdles in the way. Some of them are post pandemic issues with manufacturers. Others are because certain product lines are simply not available from the manufacturer, or they cannot be brought into the country. And last but not least transit times have increased dramatically. Some containers take up to 6 months from the time the order is placed until they finally arrive. Through all of this we have been succesful in stabilizing some of our product lines. Others however we are still trying to get under control. We will continue our efforts relentlessly to give you a satisfying customer experience.
This entire team is committed to provide the best possible service despite the lack of personnel in every department. This proves how professionally and dedicated this team is working. I am very proud of them, and I'd like to thank each one of them for their commitment.
